Shaggy Wall Hanging Project Kit With Pattern and Latch Hook Tool

This simple tapestry project is a great way to learn different methods of applying fringe to your work. The knitted part of the project is completed first, then fringe and woven elements are added in contrasting colors. 3 types of fringe are applied to this project and a dowel is added for easy hanging. The pattern includes photo instructions to make fringed elements easier to tie.

This kit comes with everything you need but the knitting needles. Instructions are written and charted with photos of each unusual stitch and fringe technique.

Finished Size: Knit piece is 6.5" (16.5 cm) wide and 8" (21 cm) tall before addition of dowel and fringe. With dowel and fringe, piece measures 16" (41 cm) tall

• 10 yards (10m) of Art Yarn: Universal Yarn Bamboo Bloom Handpaints, 220 yards (200m) per 100g; 100% wool. Color selected from 305 Kimono (green), 307 Red Maple (orange), 331 Ginga (blue) or 336 Sora (orange).

Tools

• #7 (4.5mm) needles, exact gauge is unimportant. Fabric should be sturdy and not overly drapey.
• One latch hook tool or crochet hook (included in kit)
• One tapestry needle • A 7.5 x .25" (190 x 6mm) dowel 
• Scissors
